Oxlip is a cosy, stone built, detached cottage tucked into a quiet street in Tobermory's old town that lies above Tobermory Bay.

The cottage is conveniently located with all the main shops and restaurants just a pleasant five minute walk away.

Fully refurbished, the cottage is open plan in design. On the ground floor the kitchen leads off from the living room. The modern shower room is also on the ground floor. The attic bedroom is reached by a wooden staircase that leads from the living room.

At the back door there is a small verandah with a garden table and chairs and with a partial view of Tobermory Bay, it's the ideal place to relax after a long day's walking.

Steps from the verandah lead down to the small private garden. The garden is sheltered and catches the afternoon sun. There are stunning views over Tobermory Bay looking towards Ben Hiant and the hills of Morven. Bedding plants and pot plants surround the paving stones and there is a drying line.
